While we had my uncle over from overseas we decided to take him to loads of different places for him to see as it was his first time coming to the UK.
We decided to spend a whole day in London checking out the touristic spots for him to see, we first started out going Tower of London where you can see the bridge as well. I have never been inside the Tower of London and didn’t realise how huge it was inside.
The cool thing about the tour is that you didn’t have to go with a tour group or you can go it alone with a map and see everything at your pace.
From there we headed to Buckingham Palace, where we walked from there to Westminster. If you aren’t up for walking a lot you can easy take the tube as its a quicker way to get around London but I do suggest if you want to get as much sightseeing as possible I suggest walking around you can see so many hidden treasures around London that you find while walking.
While planning and booking of attractions for the day, we wasn’t sure if we should go on the London eye while it was day time or during the night. I think for the first time (For most people, as I already been to it before) go during day time you get to see a lot more of London.
The ride goes by fast even though it may seem like its going around super slow while you are waiting to get on.
As my uncle was staying with me and Nelson and extra day we decided to take him to Carnaby Street and Canary Wharf.
If you are visiting London for the first time or you coming back to visit again, I recommend doing all the London touristic spots.
I do recommend walking around London you do find hidden spots. If you google hidden spots in London you do find some good hidden gems and London is also known for having most Instagramble places which you do have to go early as it does get super busy and trying to get a good photo without a massive crowed then that’s when to go.
